 Gulf General Dentist Exam (SLE,HAAD,MOH, QATAR PROMETRIC , OMAN )

dear aspirant
To work as a dentist in gulf countries u have to cross a barrier i.e Prometric exam
Prometric is a test conducting organization which conduct the exam worldwide.
Each country has own healthcare board
In UAE there are two Medical board i.e MOH( Ministry of Health) and HAAD(Health Authority of Abu Dhabi)
For Saudi, SLE
so u have to decide in which country to want to practice


To apply as a general dentist in UAE the minimum eligibility criteria is
(1) Dental graduate
(2) 3 years of experience
(3) Permanent registration in home country
(4) Valid Passport

The main question arises in mind of every person that how to clear the exam...is the exam is very tough...what is the syllabus..and many more


First of all we will discuss about syllabus... Syllabus is same as what you read in dental college

(2) Prosthodontics
(3) Pedodontics
(4) Oral surgery
(5) Ortho
(6) Perio
(7) OMR
(8) Other

About 80% question are from these 7 subjects


The exam are computer based and have MCQ type


HOW TO PREPARE FOR EXAM
first of all go through the book and start solving MCQ. In Prometric exam most of the questions are repeated,so start solving previously asked questions and keep in mind. The questions may be same or likely same.
Apart from Prometric previously asked questions, take some questions from NBDE Part 2 questions if time allows
